Who operates this site

This website is operated by Amey Lokare, an independent product engineer and software developer.

The following details are not published in this project and are therefore not stated here: registered legal entity, registered office, postal address, phone number, GST or tax identifiers, and governing law. This page is not a claim of compliance with any specific privacy statute.

What information is collected

Only the information below is collected by the application as implemented.

Project enquiries

The form at /project-request collects name, email, optional company, project type, optional budget range, optional timeline, and a description of the work. If you tick the newsletter box, that preference is stored with the enquiry and your name and email are added to the newsletter list. The application also stores the request IP address and browser user-agent with the enquiry.

Contact messages

The form at /contact collects name, email, optional company, project type, optional budget range, and a message. If you tick the newsletter box, that preference is stored with the message and your name and email are added to the newsletter list. The application also stores the request IP address and browser user-agent with the message.

The footer form collects an email address (name is optional if provided). The site stores email, optional name, source, subscription status, and subscription timestamps. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link the site provides.

Blog comments

If you submit a comment, the site stores your name, email, comment text, IP address, and user-agent. Comments are held for moderation before they appear publicly.

Search

Search queries are sent as a URL parameter to run a lookup. The inspected search code does not write those queries to a dedicated log or database table.

Why it is collected

To receive and review project enquiries and contact messages.
To reply by email when a follow-up is appropriate.
To send newsletter updates if you subscribed.
To moderate blog comments.
IP address and user-agent are stored on enquiries, contact messages, and comments as submitted with the HTTP request, which can help with abuse handling and basic diagnostics.

How project enquiries are handled

Submitting /project-request creates a stored enquiry and can send an email notification to the site operator using the site’s configured mail transport. Submitting the form does not start a project and does not create an account. There is no automated deletion period for enquiries in the application code.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses a CSRF token for form security. Laravel authentication uses a session cookie for the operator login area. Session lifetime, cookie names, and cookie flags are not defined in the files available in this workspace, so they are not listed here.

Third-party scripts listed below may set their own cookies.

Third-party services present in the site code

Google Analytics (measurement ID G-QN3ZF836JX) is loaded on public pages.
Tawk.to chat is loaded after the page loads. If you use the chat widget, Tawk.to will process that conversation.
Bunny Fonts (fonts.bunny.net) is used to load fonts.
Enquiry and contact notifications are emailed through the site’s mail configuration. The specific mail provider is not listed in application source, so it is not named here.
The site has an admin-managed ad-slot feature. If a slot is enabled, additional third-party code could load. No specific ad network is hard-coded.

No other processors, subprocessors, or hosting providers are named here because they are not recorded in the inspected application source.

Retention

The application does not define an automated retention or deletion period for enquiries, contact messages, newsletter subscriptions, or comments. Records are kept until they are removed manually. That is a gap, not a documented retention schedule.

Your choices

You can email amey@ameylokare.com to ask what information is held, to correct it, or to ask that it be deleted. Those requests will be handled in good faith. This is not a statement that a particular legal regime applies.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the unsubscribe link. You can also ignore or close the chat widget if you do not want to use it.

Changes

If the way this site collects information changes, this page should be updated. If a legal entity, address, or governing law is later confirmed, those details should be added rather than left blank.
